Tänkte sätta på ett Bolt on kit. I kitet ingår kolvar, cylindrar, topp, avgasventiler och packningar. kommer man med detta kit behöva byta kolvar som på en vanlig 440 eller blir det ungefär som en vanlig 600 ?

To be a little more serious about your question, there are no oversized pistons for the Polaris 440 motors. The Cylinders are chrome and can not be easily bored, and there are no oversized pistons available because there was no demand for them. Racing rules dictated that the 440 must remain stock in bore and stroke. No aftermarket company, that I know of, invested in the tooling to build oversized pistons.
Like others have said, with some machine work to the upper case the 600 VES Cylinders will bolt on. But you would need basically all the 600 VES parts like, Cyls, Pistons, Exhaust Valves, EV Housings, Head, Head Cover, Intake manifold boots, 38mm Carbs, CDI, Engine Wiring Harness, etc, etc. The CDI from the 440 can work with the 600 Cyls but it's not optimal.
Your best bet is to find a 600VES motor and drop that into your chassis. They can be forun in the $1000 range for a prett good one.
Vad den killen inte vet om polaris är inte värt att veta.
