Jag har haft 2 balansaxel-skärningar trots lösning med manuell oljepåfyllning till balansaxelhuset. Hittade denna lösning som jag ska prova denna gång.
Man borrar helt sonika tre hål från verdera vevhus rakt in till balansaxelhuset. Då kommer gaserna(med 2t-olja) in till balansaxeln. Även ett hål för att ge PTO lagret extra smörjning.
Balanshus hål 2mm
PTO-lager hål 1,5 mm
Yes you have to drill them from the inside. You'll have to split the case. You really should look at the crank bearings and balance shaft bearings too.
Your drill 3 holes straight through into the balance shaft area and one in the crank bearing area.
Mag is 5/64"
Center is 5/64"
PTO is 5/64"
PTO crankbearing is 1/16"
And..... one in the PTO bearing hole is 1/16". The one the red pen points to. It is started but not completely thru. This will come out into the PTO crank bearings for added lube. 4 holes total.
Check to make sure the bearings and crank seals don't block off any of the crank oiling holes on the PTO and MAG ends!!
