Hej

[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-

[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]Does your sled feel like it darts all over and it is hard to handle on the trails ??
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]Your alignment is more than likely off.
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]A sled with the skis out of alignment will feel like a piece of junk going down the trail. Miserable to ride.
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]Here is a simple fix.

[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]Get a long straight edge (about 10').
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]Make sure it is straight or you will really be screwed up.
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]Lay this straight edge along the track, up tight and measure from the straight edge to the front of the ski, ahead of the spindle, and at the back of the ski, behind the spindle.
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]If it measures less in front of the spindle, you are toed in, and vice- versa behind the spindle.
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]Do this to the other side of the sled.

[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]After determining how far off your alignment is, correct it with the tie rods.
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]You either need to be parallel or, what we have seen by riding these things forever, is to have it about 1/8" to 1/4" toed out.
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]Then it will feel neutral on the trail.
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]No more wrestling with the sled.

[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]Remember, you need to do this with a straight edge.
[font=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-
serif]If is is done by just measuring the skis and not the track, your alignment will be good with the skis, but you will not be straight with the track. That's another story.

Lycka till !!! :D

Ok, något toe ut rekommenderas alltså

Tack för det, något toe ut (ca 3-6mm) är alltså ett generellt mått för alla typer av skotrar?

PS: No need to practise my English, mate - but I'd be interested in knowing where you found the article, in case there's more useful info at the same place?
